   * Completion of 18 years of age is required to participate in EAST. The cut-off date is the first day of the event.

+==== What's the deal with the Stage Ticket? ====

+The hotel is not paid in advance. You pay for the hotel upon departure, after EAST. **Please do not transfer the costs for the hotel to us!**
+You can pay for the hotel on site either in cash, by Girocard (also known as "EC card" in colloquial German), or by common credit cards (VISA/Mastercard).
+===== How do I get my "ticket"? =====
+We do not have a classic ticket, like you might still get for concerts. With your registration, we have everything we need from you. You only need to identify yourself on site with a valid photo ID and we will give you a small plastic card that entitles you to access and participate in the convention.
+===== Room reservation and roommates =====
+**At our hotel, you always reserve an entire room. If you have reserved a room, your roommate does not need to do so.** If you have both reserved a room, one of you must cancel the reservation so that you can connect as roommates!
+**The prices listed are for the entire room** (unless it explicitly says "p.p." = per person). So 120 EUR per night would be 60 EUR per night for each person.

+===== Room Categories and Occupancy for Three People =====
+The hotel has 290 rooms, each in different sizes. Rooms are assigned in order. There is no selection or claim to a specific room category!

+Single rooms can not be selected by yourself - they are assigned in exceptional cases (such as disabilities) upon request (According to availability!). "I need a retreat from convention space" is not a disability. In this case, may reconsider attending a convention with 600+ people.
